Our Salon policy

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Booking an appointment with us is consenting to abiding by our policy, a fee will be added to your groom if under 24 hours notice or not turning up to your appointment. We offer a reminder text on request.

No Show or Lateness Fee:

We are a very busy salon and cannot allow for more than 15 minutes lateness to drop offs or pick ups. Anything after 15 minutes will result in a late fee being added to your total bill or you may be turned away depending on our schedule for the day.

This also applies for not showing up to appointments. A no show results in an automatic 50% of your total groom being added next time you book. This goes for ALL clients, old and new. We allow for a certain exceptions.

Matting fee

dematting your animal for a long period of time can make your pets uncomfortable and cause unneccessary irritation. Therefore shaving maybe the best option. resulting in a matting fee
