ANGELA - OWNER

My name is Angela, I am the owner of K9 Pet Grooming Centre and have been in the grooming industry for over 40 years. After working for several top kennels and grooming salons I decided that I would like to own and run my own salon. After lots of hard work I now believe that we are one of the most successful grooming salons in the area.

In addition to grooming I run training courses for people who wish to make grooming a career or simply trim their own pet. Many of my past students have gone on to open their own salons, of this achievement I am very proud, once again please contact us if you wish to know more.

Although I trim all breeds my speciality are Poodles, Bichons, Shih-tzus and Lhasa Apsos.

I also do all the hand stripping on Terriers and Spaniels and with help from Naomi, all cats.

SENIOR STYLIST - FRAN

Fran has been with me for 10 years, she came to me after working as a kennel maid in several local kennels where she acquired a passion for grooming, she was an exceptional student and is now fully trained to groom all breeds. Fran's breed is Staffordshire Bull Terriers, she owns and shows them. In the grooming salon her speciality are the smooth coated breeds, after she has removed all the dead hair our clients tell us there's no need to hoover for days!! If you have a hairy dog and you want a smooth look, Fran would be the groomer to ask for. Her Westies look delightful. She is very good with older dogs and puppies.

STYLIST / RECEPTIONIST - NAOMI

After completing her NVQ animal care qualifications at college Naomi passed with distinction. She joined our team and has now been with us for 3 years.

Naomi's breed is Springer Spaniels, in her spare time she trains the dogs with the Metropolitan police to find explosives, her latest dog has just passed with flying colours. She also owns cats and is an expert in handling them.

She has been working very hard on her City and Guilds in dog grooming and should be fully qualified by 2009.

Naomi is a valuable member of staff and is showing great promise in all aspects of grooming. Her ability to apply herself to any task is exceptional and we are delighted with her enthusiasm and quality of work.

BATHROOM ASSISTANT - SMARANDA

Smaranda has recently joined our team. As well as her bathroom duties she will be taking care of all our day crèche clients and our new DOG WALKING SERVICE. If you require either of these services please call for details.

COLLECTION / DELIVERY DRIVER - DAVID

As well as taking very good care of all our collection and delivery animals, David is usually found in the bathroom with very large and hairy dogs. These breeds include GSD's, Rottweiler's Golden Retriever's and many more.
